What's for dinner tonight? 

Are you having a hard time figuring out what to make for dinner? Here are some ideas to kickstart your inner chef. 

Entree:

-Chicken stuffed with bacon, spinach and garlic

-Grass fed meatballs (or chicken) in a spicy tomato coconut cream sauce served on top of spaghetti squash

-Apple and bacon stuffed pork chops

-Cauliflower pizza

-Grilled lamb burgers with gluten free buns topped with avocado, bacon and date jam, and a sun dried tomato and goat cheese spread. 

-Salmon cakes 

-Grilled chicken topped with Asian almond butter sauce 

-Stuffed tomatoes (grass fed beef, rice, corn, tomatoes topped with avocado) 

Sides:

-Roasted squash (butternut, kabocha, acorn) 

-Baked sweet potato fries 

-Cherry tomato, asparagus, avocado, goat cheese and basil salad tossed in a lemon Dijon viniagrette

-Grilled or roasted artichokes 

-Coconut creamed spinach and artichokes 

-Sweet potato salad (goat cheese, bacon, sage, garlic and olive oil)
