Asian Almond Sauce
I always loved that peanut sauce that came on the side of spring rolls. It was creamy, sweet and a little spicy. This peanut inspired sauce is just that! Except this one is a healthier and better for you version. We usually eat this on top of grilled chicken marinated in Asian flavors with paleo coleslaw. The combination is amazing! This sauce will go well on almost anything so tap into your inner chef and see what you can come up with.
Ingredients:
5 tbsp. raw almond butter
3 tbsp. raw honey
1/4 c gluten free tamari/soy sauce or coconut aminos
2-3 cloves of garlic, minced
Juice of one lime
1-2 tbsp. sriracha
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients into a bowl, stir until all combined together!
2. Taste and add any ingredients according to your tastebuds and inner chef.
Enjoy and treat yourself well!
